Refund

We have a 30-day return policy on cloth diapers, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For other items, we have a 14 days return policy. Right of withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless we have made a mistake with your order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Refund for period panties

 

We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. Test your first pair of ELSAWEAR period panties for 45 days risk-free. If you are not satisfied, you can simply send them back for a refund.  The right of withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the items.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless we have made a mistake with your order.

  • The panties have a protective hygienic sticker on the crotch. Keep this in the panties when trying on the size. If the size or fit is not good, you can return unused panties within 45 days.
  • Wash your panties before using them to achieve the full absorption effect. Please follow the washing instructions.
  • Use the first pair of panties for under 45 days. If you ordered more, we recommend testing one pair and waiting to use the other ones until you've tested the first pair.
