Due to the limited nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges on any items. If you would like a different pattern or sized item, we recommend purchasing a new item and following the returns process for a refund on your original item.
To return an item, please email us according to our refund policy.
You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items unless we have made an error with your order. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so we recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain the proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.

ORDER
When you place your order on our website, we’ll send you an automatic confirmation mail to the email address you provided. In case this email would not arrive in 1-2 hours, please check in the Spam folder. If the letter is not there either, reach out via mail at hello@babyelsa.com so we can check your order. Further details will also be sent to this email address. (Shipping, payment information, invoice, etc.)
The tracking link for the package is sent to you when the order is on its way.
PAYMENT
You can only pay by bank card in our online store. While clicking on pay, you’ll be transferred to the Stripe Pay system, where you can confirm your payment. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.
INVOICE
Don’t look for the invoice in the package, we’ll send it via email. The invoice is sent out when your package is shipped. If you don’t receive it up until receiving your order, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, feel free to contact us!
